We ship from Calgary, Alberta to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on every order.
- Orders ship within 1–4 business days.
- Personalised bottles (name in gold) need 1–2 extra days to make.
- You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To start a return, email us at musedeparfum@gmail.com with your order number.
- Personalised bottles are made to order for you and can't be returned, so please double-check the spelling before you order.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
