Orders are prepared and dispatched from Calgary, Canada, within 1–4 business days. Personalised bottles may need 1–2 extra days.

We ship across Canada and worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. We aren't responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Damaged or lost parcels

Every order is inspected and packed by hand. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at musedeparfum@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
