How close are your scents to the fragrances they're inspired by?

Every Muse de Parfum scent is our own blend, built around the scent family of a well-known fragrance. Many customers tell us they're very close (see our reviews), but they aren't copies, and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brand.

How long do they last?

Our fragrances are made at extrait strength and typically last 8–10+ hours on skin.

Are they alcohol-free?

Yes. Our formula is alcohol-free and blended on a skin-friendly base.

Why does the bottle say "Eau de Parfum"?

That's the label wording on our bottles. What's inside is made at extrait strength, which is more concentrated than a typical eau de parfum.

Which size should I choose?

The 100ml spray is the full bottle and can carry a name in gold. The 10ml roll-on is a concentrated travel size, great for trying a scent first. Not sure yet? Our discovery sets let you try 8 scents in 5ml bottles (about 50–60 sprays each).

Can I add a name to the bottle?

Yes. Add a name in gold to any 100ml bottle, free this gifting season. Names can be up to 15 letters and are printed by hand in Calgary. Personalised bottles need 1–2 extra days and can't be returned, so please check the spelling.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping is free to Canada and the USA. Orders are prepared by hand and ship within 1–4 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as your parcel leaves Calgary.

Will I pay duties in the US?

No. Our fragrances are made in Canada and ship under CUSMA, so US customers pay no import duties.

What's your return policy?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised bottles are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. See Shipping & Returns.
